Kaptur — the studio platform for photographers
Kaptur is software for photography studios. It replaces shared drives, WhatsApp threads and pen-and-paper selection with one workspace for the whole post-shoot journey: private client galleries, photo selection, branded delivery, an integrated print store and order tracking. Kaptur is built for studios in India and is billed in INR.
What Kaptur does
- Private client galleries — clients view their shoot in a secure gallery, organised into event folders (Pre-Wedding, Haldi, Reception, and more).
- Photo selection — clients pick and favourite their photos; studios get a real-time, session-locked selection with "Selection Finalized" alerts and clean exports for Lightroom.
- AI face recognition — guests upload one selfie and Kaptur finds their photos across thousands in seconds (Enterprise).
- Branded experience — each studio gets its own subdomain and a client app that renders in the studio's own colours and logo.
- Integrated print store — clients order prints, frames, canvas and photo books at the studio's own prices.
- Order tracking — an automated project lifecycle: Shoot Done → Editing → Printing → Ready for Pickup.

- Professional — ₹3,499/month. A dedicated studio subdomain, branded client app, automated project lifecycle and the print store, for established boutique studios.
- Enterprise — ₹4,999/month. AI facial recognition, the integrated print store and AR wall preview, for high-end and destination studios.
